This simulator models the pharmacokinetics of a bee-sting allergic reaction: blood histamine rises quickly after the sting and clears more slowly, while patient sensitivity determines whether the reaction stays local or becomes systemic and affects the airway. Administer simulated epinephrine at any point to see how timing changes the outcome — early treatment reverses the reaction quickly, delayed treatment is less effective and recovery is slower.
