This 2D companion runs the same Poisson-alert / fatigue model as the 3D version on a plain scrolling canvas: a queue of chart icons moves past a clinician marker, each firing its stream of amber (noise) or red (critical) alert dots, while the fatigue bar climbs and the catch rate drops as sensitivity rises.
