🧪 Marine Materials Properties Exploration with Fixed Monitoring Loop

This simulation explores the complex properties of materials found within the ocean environment, allowing users to observe how strength, hardness, and ductility respond to simulated pressures and stresses – mimicking real-world conditions for marine exploration and research. The Monitor Ecosystem button previously started a new update timer with no way to stop it, so switching ecosystems or clicking Monitor again stacked multiple concurrent timers and silently doubled (or worse) the simulation speed; the loop is now tracked and cleared properly so it always runs at the intended single speed.
