This is the 2D counterpart of the nanosensor-array chemical-fingerprinting simulator: the same eight cross-reactive sensor elements and four-analyte affinity table, but instead of an instant, concentration-scaled bar height it solves each sensor's real surface chemistry as a time-domain Langmuir adsorption/desorption rate equation through a repeating sniff/purge cycle. A live line chart plots every active sensor's fractional coverage θ(t) rising toward its equilibrium value during exposure and decaying exponentially during purge — an exact analytic integration of the governing ODE, not a scripted animation — while a radar chart compares the instantaneous multi-sensor pattern against each analyte's reference fingerprint using the same Pearson-correlation classifier a real electronic nose relies on. Tune the analyte, concentration, sensor noise, cycle period and active array size to see how each reshapes the kinetics and the resulting classification confidence.
