This 2D companion to the 3D evacuation-race simulator keeps the same real-world subject — a ground-level hazmat leak dispersing downwind as a Gaussian plume while a city grid either evacuates in time or falls inside the AEGL-2 hazard envelope — but computes and presents it independently, as three linked panels instead of one 3D camera view: a pan/zoomable top-down city map, a downwind concentration profile plotted directly against the AEGL-2 threshold, and a live stacked timeline of evacuated-versus-exposed population as the siren-lag-versus-plume-front race resolves in real time. Pick chlorine, ammonia or hydrogen sulfide, tune the wind speed and Pasquill atmospheric-stability class that shape the plume's spread, dial in the interagency coordination lag before the alert goes out, and drag or scroll the map to inspect any block up close.
