💇 PRP Scalp Injection: 3D Follicle Response

Orbit a real 3D centrifuge tube and a curved scalp dome as platelet-rich plasma is spun, concentrated and injected into follicles laid out over genuine 3D geometry, with hairs growing outward along each follicle's own surface normal.

This simulation renders the same platelet-rich-plasma scalp therapy as a real, orbitable 3D scene rather than a flat cross-section: a spinning centrifuge tube whose blood particles separate by density along a true vertical axis into red blood cells, platelet-poor plasma and platelet-rich plasma, then a layered extraction tube, and finally a curved scalp dome carrying 45 follicles positioned over its genuine 3D surface. The injection needle travels along the true outward normal of the injection site, growth-factor particles diffuse away from that point with real three-dimensional velocity, and in the final stage every hair grows outward along its own follicle's surface normal — so the scalp reads correctly from any angle you orbit the camera to.

⚙ Under the hood

Centrifugation Speed/Quality (1-10) and Treatment Session (1-6) drive the identical formulas as the 2D original: platelet concentration scales as 1 + quality×0.62, growth-factor release as 30-80% depending on stage and quality, and cumulative follicle stimulation as min(94%, session×12 + quality×3) — only the renderer and camera are new.
