A Genuine 3D PRP Scalp Simulation
This companion simulation renders the same platelet-rich-plasma therapy pipeline as a real, orbitable 3D scene: a spinning centrifuge tube whose particles separate by density along a true vertical axis, a layered extraction tube, and a curved scalp dome carrying 45 follicles laid out over its real 3D surface — not a flat cross-section pretending to have depth.
Centrifugation Speed/Quality (1-10) and Treatment Session (1-6) drive the identical formulas as the 2D original: platelet concentration scales as 1 + quality×0.62, growth-factor release as 30-80% + quality×5 depending on stage, and cumulative follicle stimulation as min(94%, session×12 + quality×3). The injection needle travels along the true outward normal of the injection site into the dome, and growth-factor particles diffuse away from that 3D point with real x/y/z velocity — the hairs that grow in the final stage extend outward along each follicle's own 3D surface normal, so the whole scalp reads correctly from any orbit angle.
Same math, new vantage point
Every readout in the metrics panel — platelet concentration, growth-factor release, follicle stimulation percentage and session number — is computed with the identical per-stage formulas as the 2D canvas version, so the two simulations always agree numerically; only the renderer and camera are new.
