🍬 3D Glycan Blood Type Editing

A genuine 3D port of the ABO enzymatic-conversion model — ~180 glycan antigens spread over the whole erythrocyte membrane sphere, glycosidase enzymes orbit the surface on real great-circle paths, and terminal sugars fall away under the identical dose-dependent cleavage probability and sigmoid dose-response curve as the 2D original, now with a free-orbiting camera.

This is a genuine 3D port of the 2D glycan blood-type editing simulation. Three formulas carry over verbatim from the original engine: the per-glycan cleavage probability while the reaction is active, 0.0006 + enzDose·0.006 where enzDose = enzyme slider / 10; the enzyme-dose readout, mg/mL = slider × 0.4; and the dose-response sigmoid, conversion = 1 / (1 + e^(−1.1·(dose−4))), plotted live in the HUD exactly as in the original's inline chart. The 2D original placed 26 glycans around a flat membrane ring with three decorative orbiting enzyme icons; this 3D port distributes ~180 glycans across the full erythrocyte membrane sphere using a Fibonacci-sphere layout for even coverage, and turns the enzymes into the actual cause of conversion — each one sweeps a real great-circle orbit around the cell and only glycans within its reach roll the (unchanged) cleavage probability, so cleaving now visibly radiates outward from wherever the enzymes currently are. Donor cell type (A₁ / B / AB) still sets which terminal sugar — GalNAc (A, purple) or galactose (B, pink) — each glycan starts with, and every conversion still releases a free monosaccharide particle and unmasks the shared green H antigen backbone underneath, exactly as in the 2D model.
