🧬 3D Biotechnology DNA Replication — UV Damage Exposure

3D DNA replication with UV damage: the same replication-fork, polymerase-accuracy and thymine-dimer math as the 2D simulator, now a genuine Three.js double helix with orbitable camera and a live 3D mutation/enzyme readout.

⚙ Under the hood

3D orbitable DNA replication with UV damage: the same replication-fork mechanics, polymerase copy-accuracy formula (effectiveAccuracy = accuracy x (polymeraseAccuracy/100) - (uvExposure/100) x 15) and thymine-dimer mutation model as the 2D simulator, now a genuine Three.js double helix where the complementary strand grows base-by-base as two orange fork markers travel outward and mutated bases appear as red octahedra.
