🥜 Palforzia Oral Immunotherapy — 3D
A real-time 3D companion to the Palforzia oral immunotherapy simulator: the same dose-escalation and reactivity-threshold formulas drive two orbitable curves over the treatment timeline, plus an accidental-exposure trace check.
A 3D Timeline of Peanut Oral Immunotherapy
This companion view renders the same dose-escalation and reactivity-threshold model as the 2D Palforzia simulator as two glowing curves in 3D space — the gold dose-escalation curve and the teal reactivity-threshold curve — running along a shared treatment timeline from day one to month 24.
- Months into therapy: scrubs both curves' current-position markers and the connecting protection-margin line, using the exact same up-dosing formula as the 2D model (3 mg to 300 mg over the first six months).
- Phase: switching to Maintenance locks the dose marker at the fixed 300 mg daily plateau, matching the 2D simulator's phase override.
- Accidental trace exposure: a purple crumb marker is placed at the chosen trace amount; it turns green when the trace is below the current reactivity threshold (protected) and red when it is not (reaction risk).
Reading the scene
Particle density above the timeline scales with the current dose level, and the amber slab marks the maintenance plateau starting at month six. Drag to orbit the camera and scroll to zoom — every value shown in the side panel is computed live from the same formulas as the original 2D chart.
A real-time 3D companion to the Palforzia oral immunotherapy simulator: the same comparable dose-escalation and reactivity-threshold formulas drive two orbitable Three.js curves over the treatment timeline, plus a live accidental-exposure trace check.
