Glass Shatter Simulator (2D)
Interactive 2D glass-shatter simulator: click a pane of glass to strike it and watch radial and circumferential cracks race outward before the pane breaks into Voronoi-style fragments, tuned by impact force and glass thickness.
This 2D simulator reproduces how a pane of glass breaks: click anywhere on the pane to strike it, and watch radial cracks shoot outward from the impact point followed by circumferential rings that stitch the pane into an irregular, Voronoi-style mosaic of shards. Below a force threshold the glass only cracks and stays intact; above it, the shards separate, fly outward under the impact energy, tumble under gravity and fade from view. Impact force sets how many cracks form and how fast the shards fly, while glass thickness raises the energy needed to fully shatter the pane and controls whether it breaks into many tiny slivers or a handful of large chunks.
Click a pane of glass to strike it and watch radial and circumferential cracks race outward before the pane shatters into Voronoi-style fragments, tuned by impact force and glass thickness.
