This 2D companion visualizes hydrofoil cavitation inception as engineering charts rather than a 3D colored mesh. A pressure-coefficient-vs-chord line graph plots the same suction- and pressure-side Cp shapes as the 3D sim against the live cavitation number σ, shading and bubbling exactly where the surface crosses the vapor-pressure threshold. A second panel maps the entire foil-speed vs angle-of-attack parameter space as a cavitating/safe phase diagram with the live inception-speed boundary curve traced on it, so you can see at a glance how far any combination of speed and angle sits from cavitation onset — not just the one combination currently selected.
