Off-Grid Solar Water Pump — 2D
Interactive 2D simulator of a battery-free solar water pump: a real single-diode PV I-V curve is intersected numerically against the pump's load line each frame to find the operating point, driving real hydraulic flow P=rho*g*Q*H against a chosen lift head through a full day cycle.
A 2D-canvas companion to the 3D off-grid solar pump simulator, built around the same real physics but making the electrical matching visible: a single-diode PV I-V curve is solved by numeric bisection against the pump motor's load line every frame to find the true operating point, and that point's power drives a real hydraulic flow calculation (P = ρgQH) against the chosen lift head. Watch the operating point slide along the curve as the sun moves, clouds pass, or you change panel area and head, while the tank fills through the day and the irrigation valve draws it back down.
Interactive 3D simulator of a battery-free solar water pump: PV array power tracks the sun through the day, flow rate follows the hydraulic power balance against a lift head, and a tank fills and drains as an irrigation valve is opened.
