🧪 Teaching Adaptability Simulation
Match teaching strategy to a class's real-time needs: run a strategy-matching dynamical model of mastery, frustration and engagement across 24 students, react to disruption events, and see the measured mastery gain over a fixed-strategy teacher.
Adaptability in teaching is not a mood — it is a measurable choice: matching a strategy to what a room of students actually needs right now, versus running the same script regardless of circumstances. This simulator models 24 students, each with a fixed learning-style position between teacher-centred and student-centred instruction, whose mastery, frustration and engagement evolve from simple, transparent equations driven by whichever of four strategies you pick. Random disruption events force the question — do you switch? — and a hidden control class taught with one fixed strategy the entire time runs alongside yours, so the "adaptability gain" readout shows the real, quantified payoff of adjusting versus not.
This simulation focuses on the importance of adaptability in learning and problem-solving. It likely presents scenarios where users must adjust their strategies based on changing circumstances, highlighting the value of flexible thinking.
