Adaptability in teaching is not a mood — it is a measurable choice: matching a strategy to what a room of students actually needs right now, versus running the same script regardless of circumstances. This simulator models 24 students, each with a fixed learning-style position between teacher-centred and student-centred instruction, whose mastery, frustration and engagement evolve from simple, transparent equations driven by whichever of four strategies you pick. Random disruption events force the question — do you switch? — and a hidden control class taught with one fixed strategy the entire time runs alongside yours, so the "adaptability gain" readout shows the real, quantified payoff of adjusting versus not.
