🧪 Educational Innovation Simulation
Interactive stage-gate model of how a new teaching method or classroom technology moves from Idea to Pilot to full Institutionalization — set the pass probability at each review gate and the idea-injection rate, and watch a live 3D funnel of pilots succeed, stall or get abandoned.
New teaching methods and classroom technologies rarely go from idea to everyday practice in one step — they pass through a stage-gate pipeline of prototyping, piloting and scaling, and most of them are quietly filtered out along the way. This simulator renders that pipeline in 3D: ideas are injected at a rate you control, and each one is tested against three independent review gates — Prototype, Pilot and Scale-up — each with its own pass probability. Watch particles stream from the Idea platform toward Institutionalization, stall and fade into the Abandoned pool when a gate rejects them, and track live funnel statistics — how many ideas are currently in flight, how many have been institutionalized, the end-to-end success rate p1·p2·p3, and the average simulated time it takes a surviving idea to reach full adoption.
This simulation presents various innovative approaches in education, showcasing new technologies and pedagogical methods. It encourages experimentation with different learning models.
