This 3D companion rebuilds the same hours/severity wet-wrap model around a volumetric forearm instead of a flat canvas: a translucent teal mesh represents the damp inner layer, a violet mesh wrapped further out represents the dry outer layer, and pink inflammation nodules sit directly on the skin surface, shrinking as the "hours of application" slider rises and pulsing faster the more severe the flare. Cross the layers on and topical-medication particles spiral inward from the outer shell toward the skin at a rate driven by the same penetration formula as the 2D version, while golden cooling-flux particles rise off the wrapped limb once the occlusion-cooling stage is reached — turning the same numbers into something you can orbit and inspect from any angle rather than read off a flat panel.
