Anti-Poaching Patrol Coverage Simulator
Interactive 3D reserve simulator: allocate ranger patrols across a protected area, watch a live poaching-risk heatmap driven by distance-to-boundary and patrol coverage, and see how patrol strategy changes wildlife population survival.
This simulator models a protected wildlife reserve as a spatial risk field: poaching pressure is highest near the reserve boundary (where access from roads and neighbouring land is easiest) and is suppressed wherever ranger patrols are actively present, following the distance-decay and patrol-deterrence patterns documented in real ranger-based monitoring data (SMART/MIST). Choose how many ranger teams to deploy and whether they patrol along the high-risk boundary, spread out in a uniform grid, or wander with no plan, then watch the live risk heatmap, the wildlife population, and the cumulative poaching toll respond in real time.
Deploy ranger patrols across a 3D protected reserve and watch a live poaching-risk heatmap driven by distance to the boundary and patrol coverage, seeing how patrol strategy changes wildlife population survival.
