Piracy Distribution Network & Takedown Response

Interactive 3D network simulator: watch pirated software copies spread across torrent, warez and channel-based distribution nodes while code-signing verification and takedown response contain the outbreak, with live infection, detection and containment readouts.

Software and content piracy spreads the way an infection spreads: a cracked release enters a graph of distribution points — torrent swarms, warez mirrors, Telegram and Discord drop channels — and each connected node has some chance of picking it up from an already-infected neighbor every tick. This simulator renders that graph in 3D and runs a real discrete-time contagion model over it, with two independent countermeasures pulling the other way: code-signing verification, which has some probability of flagging a pirated binary as invalid on each pass, and takedown response speed, which determines how quickly a flagged node is actually removed from the network once detected. Drag the spread-rate, code-signing-coverage, takedown-speed and network-density sliders to see when a leak dies out on its own versus saturates the whole graph, seed a fresh release leak into a contained network, and watch the live infected/detected/taken-down counts track the balance in real time.
