Full-Disk Encryption & TPM Sealing (2D)
Interactive 2D full-disk encryption simulator: steal a drive, watch a TPM anti-hammering lockout defend a sealed key, and compare readable plaintext vs. ciphertext noise on a flat schematic.
This 2D companion lays the same full-disk-encryption scenario out as a flat schematic and adds a mechanism the 3D version left implicit: guessing the TPM's PIN. Each failed guess doubles the anti-hammering lockout delay, the same dictionary-attack protection real TPMs implement, showing why physical possession of an encrypted drive doesn't make brute-forcing its key practical.
Steal the drive, watch plaintext blocks scramble to ciphertext noise once mounted on an attacker PC, and try guessing the TPM's PIN to watch its exponential anti-hammering lockout grow with every failed attempt.
