A smartphone's battery life is decided by a handful of subsystems constantly pulling current: the screen backlight, the GPS receiver, the cellular/Wi‑Fi radio and background CPU work, each at its own real milliamp rate. This 3D visualization turns that invisible power budget into a spatial one — every active load emits a visible stream of energy motes toward a battery cell, and the flow rate is tied directly to that load's instantaneous mA draw. A signal-strength dial adds the one variable a 2D dashboard usually hides: weak cellular reception forces the radio to transmit harder to hold its link, measurably shortening runtime even with everything else unchanged. Orbit the scene, toggle loads and watch the battery cell — and the mote streams feeding it — respond in real time.
