This is the same send-time targeting model as the 2D version, watched from a completely different angle: 150 users stand around a real-time 24-hour clock ring at the position of their true personal peak-engagement hour, and a hand sweeps continuously through the simulated day. A radial wave marks the blanket-blast strategy firing at one global hour for everyone at once; individual pins flash green or red as the personalized strategy reaches each user near their own predicted peak — and when targeting noise is high, you can watch those flashes visibly miss the moment the hand actually passes them.
