Onboarding Funnel Drop-off Simulator (2D)

Every mobile app's first-time experience is a chain of gates — a welcome screen, a permission prompt, an account form, a first meaningful action — and each gate loses a slice of the cohort. This 2D simulator renders that funnel as a scrolling lane: a stream of dots represents real users flowing through four onboarding gates, each one randomly resolved the moment a user spawns using the gate's current drop probability, paired with a live funnel diagram showing the cumulative reach at each stage. Tune the overall UX friction, flip on just-in-time permission requests or one-tap social login, drag to pan the lane, and watch the compounding multiplication of survival rates play out both visually and in a live empirical-vs-theoretical conversion readout.
