SLA Compliance Queue: 2D Deadline Pipeline

This is a genuine, independently-computed 2D counterpart to the 3D "Data Request SLA Compliance Pipeline" simulator. The same deadline-queueing mechanism drives it — Poisson-arriving GDPR/CCPA/HIPAA data-subject requests draining through a fixed-capacity FIFO or LIFO queue toward a legal deadline — but the 2D view adds a selectable service discipline (FIFO vs. LIFO) that the 3D scene never exposed, plus a draggable rolling history strip so you can scrub back through the whole run instead of only watching the live instant. Push the arrival rate past the team's capacity, switch service order, or fire a burst of extra requests, and watch the compliance rate and breach count respond exactly as queueing theory (ρ = λ/μ, Little's Law L = λ·W) predicts.
