This simulator renders a real six-carbon ring with a substituent on C1 and animates the full flip: drag the progress slider or hit auto-flip to watch the substituent swing continuously from axial to equatorial while a live energy readout tracks the ring's torsional strain plus the substituent's steric penalty. A separate Boltzmann calculator uses the substituent's real A-value and your chosen temperature to show what fraction of molecules sit in each chair at equilibrium — the same physics that fixes the shape of sugars and steroid rings.
