Multi-Omics Integration Lab (2D)
Interactive 2D multi-omics integration simulator: weight genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics and metabolomics layers of a patient sample and watch the integrated risk score, central-dogma links and correlation network update live on a pannable/zoomable network map.
Precision medicine increasingly reads a patient across four molecular layers at once — DNA variants (genomics), gene expression (transcriptomics), protein abundance (proteomics) and small-molecule metabolites (metabolomics) — because disease signals often only appear as a correlated shift across layers, not in any single one. This 2D simulator renders those four layers as parallel horizontal node bands joined by "central dogma" links (gene → transcript → protein → metabolite) and within-band correlation arcs, lets you set how much each layer contributes to a fused integration score, filter the correlation network by threshold, pan/zoom the map freely, and cycle between simulated patient profiles to see how the same weighting scheme produces very different fused risk scores depending on where the biological signal actually sits.
Weight genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics and metabolomics layers of a simulated patient sample on a pannable/zoomable 2D central-dogma network map and watch the fused precision-medicine risk score update live.
