Office CO2 Buildup & Cognitive Performance
Interactive 3D office simulator: watch CO2 accumulate from a well-mixed mass balance as occupancy rises and ventilation changes, and see live cognitive-performance impact based on published indoor-air-quality research.
A closed office is a well-mixed box: every occupant exhales CO₂ at a near-constant rate while the HVAC system trades stale air for outdoor air at a rate that depends on ventilation design and occupancy. This simulator solves that mass balance live in 3D — set how many people are in the room, how much fresh air arrives per person, and how large the room is, and watch the CO₂ concentration climb toward its steady state (or fall back down after you "open a window" for a burst of extra ventilation). A cognitive-performance readout, built from the concentration bands reported in published indoor-air-quality research, shows why ventilation is a workplace-health control, not just a comfort setting.
Interactive 3D office simulator: a well-mixed CO2 mass balance rises with occupancy and falls with fresh-air ventilation, while a live cognitive-performance readout shows the real workplace-health cost of poor indoor air.
