🧪 Advanced Software Engineering Simulator with Fixed Development Loop

This simulation explores the complexities of advanced software engineering practices, focusing on how teams collaborate and manage projects. It allows users to experiment with different methodologies and assess their impact on project outcomes. The Start Development button previously started a new update timer with no way to stop it, so switching projects or clicking Start Development again stacked multiple concurrent timers and silently doubled (or worse) the simulation speed; the loop is now tracked and cleared properly so it always runs at the intended single speed.
