🏋️ CrossFit Mechanics Simulator — 2D

A 2D side-view CrossFit lab: kettlebell swing and box-jump kinematics driven by real Newtonian mechanics, with live power, force and work readouts.

This 2D companion drives the same kettlebell-swing and box-jump kinematics as the 3D version through a flat, side-on canvas view built for reading the mechanics rather than orbiting a scene: a stick-figure athlete and kettlebell/box track a mass-on-a-path oscillator, an on-canvas force arrow shows the instantaneous reaction force, and the side panel's live readouts (peak power, reps/min, peak force, work per rep) update every frame from the same Newton's-second-law derivation as the original — P = F·v, W = m·g·h, F_peak ≈ m·(g + a_max) — so you can compare how load, cadence and fatigue trade off without the 3D camera getting in the way.
