A spacecraft's oxygen-recovery loop couples two real reactions: water electrolysis, which makes breathing oxygen and a hydrogen byproduct, and the Sabatier reaction, which reacts that hydrogen with the crew's exhaled CO₂ to recover water. This simulator renders the loop in 3D — gas and liquid streams flowing between the scrubber, reactor, water tank and electrolysis unit — and lets you tune electrolysis current, reactor temperature and catalyst age to chase the ideal 4:1 hydrogen-to-CO₂ ratio at peak conversion efficiency, watching loop closure, vented mass and water balance respond exactly as the governing mass-balance equations dictate.
