🧪 3D Autonomous Chemistry Discovery Loop
3D Autonomous Chemistry Discovery Loop – the same lap-counting orbit and 1-e^(-0.3·lap) convergence math as the 2D original, over Synthesize / Characterize / Analyze / Plan, grown as a genuine rotatable Three.js ring you can orbit and tune live. MySimulator.uk
A loop token orbits a four-node ring (Synthesize → Characterize → Analyze → Plan) at an angular speed that scales with the completed lap count — identical to the 2D original's speed = 0.003·(slider/4), angle += speed·(1 + lap·0.06). Each full revolution increments the lap counter, and the target-property score follows the same convergence curve, score = 1 − e^(−0.3·lap), rendered here as a real extruded column at the ring's center instead of a flat progress bar. The "candidate experiment space" cloud is the same breadth-driven point count (2 + breadth·2) as the 2D original, but scattered as genuine (x, y, z) points below the ring rather than flat 2D branches. Six stages carry the same experiment/score/lap/novel-compound figures as the source simulation.
