Robot safety certification isn't just about the collision physics of one impact — it's about proving, on paper, that a control system's architecture is reliable enough for the risk it guards against. This simulator turns the ISO 13849-1 reliability calculation into something you can drive: pick a control category from a bare single channel (B) up to a fully diagnosed dual-channel design (4), tune the mean time to dangerous failure, the diagnostic coverage and the common-cause-failure score, and watch the resulting probability of dangerous failure per hour (PFHd) get banded into an achieved Performance Level. A separate risk-graph panel — severity, exposure frequency, avoidance possibility — derives the required PLr for a hazard, and the live 3D reliability diagram animates fault pulses down the channel(s), turning green when the diagnostics catch them and red when they would reach the output, so a passing versus failing certification is something you can watch happen rather than just read off a table.
