Soft Pneumatic Gripper vs. Rigid Jaw — 2D Side View

A side-view companion to the 3D scene: pump air into a soft bellows finger that curls along a constant-curvature arc, or hand-tune a rigid jaw's gap — then lift and test the grasp against a sphere, star and fragile wafer.

This 2D companion drives the same physics as the 3D version on a plain side-view canvas: a soft bellows finger bends along the constant-curvature law θ=κt with κ set linearly by air pressure, and a rigid jaw's two flat faces only ever touch an object at two points, so its gap has to be hand-matched to each shape. Test the sphere, star and fragile wafer against both gripper types and watch the results matrix fill in.
