Robotic Fabric Cutter — Nesting Layout Optimizer (2D)

This 2D top-down companion to the 3D cutting-table simulator runs the exact same shelf-nesting heuristic (Next-Fit Decreasing Height) to arrange front and back panels, sleeves, collars, cuffs and pockets on a virtual fabric roll, then drives a CNC cutting head along the resulting outlines at a feed rate you control — seen from directly above, the view a real cutter's nesting software actually plans from. Toggle nesting rotation to see utilization rise or fall, tighten the kerf spacing to pack pieces closer, drag to pan and scroll to zoom the bed, and watch pieces light up as the head finishes cutting each one.
