Autonomous Haul Fleet (2D)

2D top-down mine-haul dispatch lab: autonomous trucks loop between a shovel and a crusher, queueing in real time for a limited number of loading and dumping bays. Tune fleet size, dispatch speed, payload and predictive dispatch and watch throughput respond.

This 2D companion strips the mine site down to the queueing problem that actually drives haul-fleet throughput: trucks circulate a loop between a shovel and a crusher, and every truck that can't be serviced the moment it arrives joins a real, measured FIFO queue. Fleet size, dispatch speed, payload and predictive dispatch (which doubles the number of loading/dumping bays) all feed a live discrete-event simulation — the output, queue-time and bay-utilization readouts are measured from what's actually happening on screen, not looked up from a formula, so adding trucks past what the bays can absorb visibly backs the line up instead of just raising a number.
