This simulator models a mobile GPU rendering a live AR/VR scene — raise the scene workload or switch to VR's stereo rendering and watch the die heat up under Newton's law of cooling until dynamic frequency scaling kicks in, dragging the achievable frame rate below the 60 FPS (AR) or 90 FPS (VR) target. The floating content above the device visibly stutters as its update rate is throttled along with the simulated clock speed, and a live comfort-risk readout tracks how sustained sub-target frame rates in VR mode erode the motion-to-visual sync that keeps users comfortable.
