A single photon is sent around a ring of N very weak beam-splitter stages that would, left undisturbed, rotate its quantum state entirely from a "safe" rail into a "test" rail. Place a live bomb across the test rail and every stage becomes a which-path measurement: the quantum Zeno effect repeatedly projects the surviving photon back onto the safe rail, so a photon that makes it all the way around proves the bomb is there — without ever touching it. This simulator lets you fire single photons or run fast batches, watch the explosion and interaction-free-success probabilities predicted by cos²ᴺ(θ), and see the success rate climb toward 100% as the number of stages grows, exactly as in Kwiat et al.'s real high-efficiency interaction-free measurement scheme.
