3D Neural Cognition Network Simulation

A spherical network of 100 spiking neurons rendered in real 3D — each neuron sums 10% of its connections' activation plus a cognitive-load-driven oscillation, fires past threshold, and decays otherwise, exactly the model used by the 2D Psychology simulation, now walked around with orbit controls.
