Fire Particle Simulation (2D)

2D fire-particle plume: buoyant flame particles cool and shift color from white-hot to smoky grey as they rise, with adjustable flame intensity, particle count, wind drift and a soot smoke layer.

This 2D companion drives the same buoyant fire-particle mechanic as the 3D version through a plain canvas view: particles spawn at the base with an upward velocity scaled by the flame-intensity slider, drift sideways under a sine-based turbulence term that grows with height, and shift color across a blackbody-like gradient from white-hot to yellow, orange, red and smoky grey as they age. A wind slider bends the whole plume, and an optional sparse smoke layer drifts above the flame tip once particles finish burning.
