Blast Movement Monitoring (2D)

Top-down bench-blast lab: detonate a grid of ore blocks column-by-column, track a sample of electromagnetic markers, and reconstruct the full displacement field to see how marker density drives dig-boundary accuracy.

This 2D companion swaps the 3D scene's decorative quarry dashboard for the real mechanic behind its title: Blast Movement Monitoring. A bench of ore blocks fires column by column away from a free face, a chosen sample of blocks is tagged as markers, and after the blast the untagged blocks' displacement is rebuilt by inverse-distance interpolation from those markers alone — so raising marker density visibly tightens the reconstructed field against the true one.

Top-down blast-movement lab: column-by-column detonation, per-block empirical displacement (energy, spacing, timing), sparse marker sampling and inverse-distance-weighted field reconstruction.
