This simulator models a next-generation approach to cell therapy: rather than editing T cells outside the body, lipid nanoparticles carrying CAR-encoding mRNA are injected and left to find and reprogram T cells directly inside the bloodstream. Watch nanoparticles bind circulating T cells, a fraction escape the endosome to deliver their payload, and CAR protein rise and fall on each cell as a genuine two-compartment mRNA/protein decay model — a transient window during which activated cells hunt down tumor cells before the effect fades and re-dosing is needed.
