Autologous cell therapies like CAR-T are manufactured one patient at a time — the cells collected from a patient by apheresis are the only cells that can ever be infused back into them. This 2D pipeline simulator draws each of the six real vein-to-vein stages (collection, ship-out, manufacturing/expansion, QC release testing, ship-back, infusion) as a station on a canvas production line, samples a stochastic log-normal duration for every stage of every simulated batch, and sums them into a total turnaround time.
