This simulator models the noise-stress pathway end to end: a source's day/evening/night-weighted sound level (Lden) drives a stress-hormone relaxation model, which in turn raises simulated resting heart rate and blood pressure in real time, while a WHO-derived exposure-response curve estimates the long-term relative risk of ischemic heart disease. Adjust the source level, time-of-day penalty, years of chronic exposure and facade insulation to see how each factor moves the physiology — and watch the 3D sound-propagation rings and the pulsing heart respond live.
