Immunotherapy Simulator

Interactive 3D immunotherapy simulator: watch T-cells hunt cancer cells shielded by PD-L1 checkpoints, tune checkpoint inhibitor strength, T-cell count and tumor growth rate, and see how many cancer cells the immune system clears in real time.

Immunotherapy re-arms the body's own immune system against cancer instead of attacking tumor cells directly. This simulator visualizes that fight inside a small patch of tumor microenvironment: a squad of T-cells patrols the arena hunting cancer cells, each of which is guarded by a PD-L1 checkpoint shield that suppresses the immune attack. Raise the checkpoint inhibitor strength to see the drug block that suppression signal, letting T-cells tear down the shield and destroy the cell underneath; raise the tumor growth rate to see how quickly new cancer cells can outpace a weak immune response. Adjust T-cell count, inhibitor strength and tumor growth rate to explore how each one shifts the balance of the fight.
