🛡️ Advanced Data Protection — 3D
A genuine WebGL/Three.js companion to the 2D Advanced Data Protection simulator: a tetrahedral protection/privacy/compliance shield defends an orbitable data core, driven by the identical effectiveness math as the original.
Why render data protection in 3D
The 2D original expresses protection, privacy, compliance and overall effectiveness as four dots around a flat radial chart. This companion keeps the exact same model — overall = (typeFactor + protectionLevel/10 + privacyControls/10 + complianceLevel/10) / 4, with data security at overall × 0.9, privacy management at overall × 0.85, data governance at overall × 0.8 and compliance assurance at overall × 0.75, and the same five data-type factors — but places those four factors as real tetrahedral pylons in 3D space around a central data core, connected by energy beams whose thickness and glow scale with each factor's live value.
A continuous stream of simulated intrusion packets spawns around the shield and travels toward the core; the shield deflects a fraction of them exactly equal to the computed overall effectiveness, so a stronger configuration visibly blocks more attempts while a weaker one lets more reach the core — with a live deflected-vs-total counter next to the four effectiveness readouts. Switching the data type reshapes the core's geometry and its baseline type factor, exactly as in the 2D dropdown.
