💤 3D CAM-ICU Bedside Delirium Screening Simulator
An orbitable 3D ICU bedside scene where the four CAM-ICU delirium-screening features — acute onset/fluctuation, inattention, altered consciousness and disorganized thinking — drive real geometry around a schematic patient, and the algorithm's exact AND/OR logic resolves live on a glowing result core.
This 3D companion keeps the exact CAM-ICU decision logic of the 2D version — Feature 1 AND Feature 2, AND at least one of Feature 3 OR Feature 4 — but renders it around a schematic patient in an orbitable ICU bedside scene instead of a flat canvas. Toggling Feature 1 sets a mental-status ribbon fluctuating above the bed; Feature 2 drives a rotating ring of ASE-letters tokens near the patient's head, with simulated missed squeezes on "A"; Feature 3 moves a marker up and down a 3D RASS ladder from +4 (combative) to -5 (unarousable); and Feature 4 mismatches the two-step finger-count command between the patient's hands and flags two of the four yes/no-question orbs red. A glowing result core above the chest turns from teal to red the instant the algorithm resolves positive, with a live readout panel mirroring the CAM-ICU result, feature count, remaining requirement and recommended action.
3D ICU bedside CAM-ICU simulator: an orbitable Three.js scene where four toggleable delirium-screening features drive real geometry (a fluctuation ribbon, an ASE-letters ring, a RASS ladder and a two-step-command hand mismatch) and a glowing result core resolves the same 1 AND 2 AND (3 OR 4) algorithm as the 2D version.
