DNA Helix Assembler (2D)
Canvas2D companion to the 3D DNA Helix Assembler: a scrollable base-pair ladder diagram with adjustable base-pair count, strand-separation (denaturation), point mutations and live GC-content / molecular-weight readouts.
This 2D companion redraws the 3D DNA Helix Assembler as a scrolling Canvas2D ladder diagram: two backbones traced as out-of-phase sinusoids (matching real B-DNA's ~10.5 base pairs per turn) carry rungs generated from an actual random sequence, each split into correctly complementary halves under Watson-Crick pairing. Unlike the site's other 2D DNA sim, this one keeps the 3D original's deeper feature set — adjustable base-pair count, a strand-separation slider that mimics denaturation, a mutate button with a live change log, and GC-content / molecular-weight readouts — plus click-to-inspect on any base pair.
