🌊 Tsunami Simulator 3D: Seafloor Uplift, Shallow-Water Waves and Coastal Run-up
Full 2D nonlinear shallow-water solver (nested 2 km ocean grid and 25 m coastal grid) on Blender-sculpted bathymetry: seafloor uplift, travel-time map, tide gauges, Manning friction and run-up through a Blender-modelled coastal town.
Unlike the 1D cross-section and 2D wave-basin tsunami pages, this is a full 2D nonlinear shallow-water solver (nested 2 km ocean grid and 25 m coastal grid, wetting and drying, Manning friction) on Blender-sculpted bathymetry: lift the sea floor, read the eikonal travel-time map and virtual tide gauges, and watch the wave flood a Blender-modelled coastal town, with in-page checks against c = sqrt(g h), Green's law and mass conservation.
