🩺 3D Biliary Stricture Brush Cytology
The bile duct, guidewire-directed cytology brush, exfoliated cells, FISH polysomy probe signals and SpyGlass cholangioscope rendered as real orbitable Three.js/WebGL geometry — the same cellularity-yield and sensitivity math as the 2D original, now explorable from any angle in three dimensions.
A real 3D bile-duct scene, built from Three.js lathe geometry revolved around the duct's central axis so the proximal-dilated / stricture / distal-normal caliber profile is an actual orbitable 3D surface rather than a 2D silhouette. The cytology brush oscillates across the stricture on the identical period-vs-passes formula as the 2D canvas engine, exfoliated cells spawn at stroke turnarounds with the same diminishing-returns count, and the FISH probe halo and SpyGlass cholangioscope with its targeted-biopsy forceps appear at the same stage boundaries as the 2D model. The cellularity yield, brush cytology sensitivity and combined-modality sensitivity readouts drive an unmodified port of the 2D model's metrics formulas — identical numbers, now read off a live 3D HUD instead of a canvas overlay.
