Endocrine Disruptor Removal: Ozone/AOP Water Treatment Reactor (2D)
Interactive 2D ozonation / advanced-oxidation reactor: watch endocrine-disrupting molecules (BPA, phthalates) degrade as they flow through a pannable side-view tank, tune ozone dose, contact time and a UV/H2O2 boost, and read the live CT-based removal curve that drives the outlet concentration.
Endocrine-disrupting chemicals — bisphenol A from plastics, phthalate plasticizers, pharmaceutical residues — enter wastewater from households, hospitals and industry, and conventional treatment does not fully remove them. This simulator renders a pannable 2D side-view of an ozonation/advanced-oxidation reactor: watch molecules flow from inlet to outlet, shrinking and fading as they oxidize according to a real CT-based pseudo-first-order removal law, while a live decay-curve panel plots percent remaining against contact time and marks exactly where your settings sit on it. Tune the ozone dose, contact time and a UV/H₂O₂ (AOP) boost to see how each lever changes the outlet concentration, percent removal and CT value, and compare a fast-oxidizing compound (BPA) against a slower one (phthalate) under the same conditions.
